Operate CNC machines to start and run safely and efficiently; follow production technical specifications to consistently manufacture parts meeting quality standards; modify machine settings under guidance during tooling changes or material changes; operate auxiliary devices such as bar feeders or internal probes; download CNC programs to external PCs or control systems; set up and clamp fixtures to prevent damage or misuse; follow quality standards and report quality issues to the line supervisor; maintain traceability of all materials and products; accurately record work processing and monitoring; perform other tasks assigned by the production supervisor.
