Job Summary

Access and review batching systems and job tickets to identify priority work and plan processes according to customer specifications. Set up machines, verify readiness, and adjust operating parameters to meet production requirements. Monitor machine performance during operation, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality, efficiency, and material flow. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet established specifications and quantity standards; provide status updates to the supervisor. Troubleshoot machine issues and resolve when possible; promptly notify the Floor Supervisor of unresolved concerns. Conduct routine machine maintenance, lubrication, and cleaning to ensure optimal performance. Unload materials from machines and stack finished products on pallets safely and accurately. Remove waste items for recycling. Report all injuries, illnesses, and near misses to management immediately. Adhere to all safety rules and regulations as set forth by 4over. Complete and maintain required records and paperwork, as needed. Perform regular housekeeping duties in assigned and surrounding areas. Attend all department/company meetings, as needed. Wear all assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PTE) when required. Perform other assigned duties.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 years' experience of working within a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency
  • Strong problem-solving skills when faced with unexpected challenges, such as machine malfunctions, material shortages, or errors in print quality
  • Ability to adapt to new printing technologies or changes in production schedules
  • Ability to manage multiple print jobs simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality
  • Precision in monitoring print jobs to ensure all details, such as color accuracy, image sharpness, and print placement, meet the required standards
  • Ability to read and understand corporate policies, job-related documents, and written/verbal instructions in English
  • Strong foundational math skills, with the ability to perform basic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in managing time, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks accurately
  • Constant or frequent standing, walking, squatting, stopping, crouching and reaching
  • Some kneeling and the use of feet to operate machinery
  • Frequent use of hands/fingers to operate machine and/or handle and grasp product
  • Frequent lifting or moving product weighing up to 50 pounds at, below or above shoulder level
  • Close vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus and ability to see the differences between colors, shades, and brightness
  • Must be available for 3rd shift, Monday - Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week
  • Primary schedule will be 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM, or similar
  • Must wear all assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required
