Job Summary
Operate the trans-mix distillation unit to separate diesel and gas safely while monitoring plant computers for speed, temperature, and production specifications. Ensure pumps and motors function properly, complete product testing and documentation, and allocate fuel to storage units without exceeding fill levels. Monitor driver loading and unloading processes, train staff as needed, and maintain accurate inventory records for all fuel movements. Clean spills to company standards and report incidents to management. Maintain a hazard-free environment across the plant, storage areas, and yard while adhering to safety trainings and practices.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes
- Strong mathematical and calculation skills
- Mechanically oriented and able to complete basic repairs and maintenance
- Able to complete and adhere to safety trainings and practices
