Operator (Full-time) - Overnight Shift

Job Summary
Operator on the 3rd shift (Sunday night–Friday morning, 11:00pm–7:30am) to operate and monitor production equipment, load/unload/clean/adjust machinery, perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance, accurately measure and scale ingredients, complete quality checks and data records, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines. Entry-level role emphasizing attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to learn in a manufacturing/production environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout shift
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
- Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
- Comfortable using computers or tablets
- Basic math and mechanical understanding
