Job Summary
Load and unload finished goods, raw materials, and ingredients from trailers using a forklift while capturing all movements via QAD/RF scanning. Partner with the Warehouse Supervisor to tag and store products safely, communicate shortages, and ensure FIFO rotation by using pick sheets to ship the oldest product first. Maintain product quality through correct tagging and adherence to the clean-as-you-go program for damaged items. This role supports the Seabrook, New Jersey manufacturing facility with a 3rd shift differential of $0.45/hr and requires one year of forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year of forklift experience in a manufacturing environment
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, bend, and/or crouch
- Push/pull
- Use of hands and fingers to operate machinery/equipment
- Ability to use close and distance vision, as well as color and peripheral vision with or without correction
- Ability to hear in the normal audio range with or without correction
- Ability to talk and hear
- Ability to visually detect obstacles and potential dangers in a fast-paced production environment involving high-speed equipment and powered industrial lift equipment
- Ability to wear a dust mask
- Ability to perform Confined Entry using LOTO program
