Job Summary
Operate various plant and machinery to support safe and efficient asphalt paving projects as part of the Paving Crew. Manage a range of paving activities while maintaining a safety-first attitude for yourself, teammates, and the public. Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with a minimum of 40 hours per week in a permanent, full-time role. Prior experience operating plant and machinery within civil construction, roading, or asphalt paving environments is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Full Class 1 licence
- Previous experience operating plant and machinery within civil construction, roading, or asphalt paving environments
- A safety-first attitude
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexible, reliable, and committed to getting the job done
- Passion for the civil construction industry and a willingness to learn
- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Must be fit for work (health check)
Desired Qualifications
- Class 2 licence
- WTR licence
- Experience working with paving crews
