Facilities Systems Operator at MGM Grand will handle all inbound calls and dispatch engineers, input call details into the system (e.g., HotSOS), assign work to Engineering staff, respond to life-safety and fire alarm events, maintain dispatch logs, and track activities during emergencies across on-site and off-site locations. Ideal candidate has 1+ year dispatch experience, 6+ months of administrative experience, is at least 21 years old, and possesses a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
