Job Summary
Operate and monitor all equipment used in the molding process, including maintenance, cleaning, and visual quality inspection of produced parts. Document process and quality data digitally while monitoring safety equipment and adhering to quality regulations. Initiate appropriate measures for any deviations and work in a 3-shift mode. Requires fluent German, vocational training as an industrial or process mechanic, and several years of experience in elastomer or thermoplastic processing.
Required Qualifications
- Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, process mechanic or comparable technical education
- Several years of sound professional experience in the processing of elastomers or thermoplastics
- High level of commitment and flexibility
- Willingness and ability to work in multiple shifts
- Physical resilience
- Ability to communicate and work in a team
- Sense of responsibility
- Independent and careful way of working
- Fluent in written and spoken German
- Working in 3-shift mode
