Job Summary
Monitor production processes for pulp manufacturing, ensuring output meets target values while overseeing chemical dosing and sample analysis. Operate and start various production machines, conduct paper tests, and perform troubleshooting to resolve operational issues. Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements throughout the shift. Work in a four-shift system with early, late, or night rotations. Requires technical or chemical vocational training, practical production experience, and secure German language skills.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische oder chemisch-gewerbliche Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als Papiertechnolog*in, Chemikant*in, Produktionsfachkraft Chemie, Maschinen- und Anlagenführer*in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Produktion
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem Computer
- Sichere Deutschkenntnisse
