Job Summary
Prepare production processes and equipment, then safely and efficiently operate machinery while monitoring process flow and adjusting as needed. Perform quality controls and execute basic equipment maintenance to ensure products meet required standards. Report unsafe situations, process deviations, and quality issues immediately, maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace. Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations and actively participate in continuous improvement projects. This role requires an MBO 4 level or equivalent, with experience in a production environment and fluent Dutch. Located in Zwolle, Netherlands, this is a fixed-term contract.
Required Qualifications
- MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau of een vergelijkbaar niveau
- Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Een praktische, hands-on instelling met aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit
- Goede samenwerkingsvaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief in teamverband te werken
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring met het bedienen en/of onderhouden van productieapparatuur
- Ervaring binnen de biotechnologie, farmaceutische industrie, voedingsmiddelenindustrie of een andere gereguleerde productieomgeving
- Ervaring met continue verbetering en/of procesoptimalisatie
- Technische affiniteit en interesse in productieprocessen en apparatuur
