Job Summary
Conduct routine safety observations, lead by example in ensuring compliance with Ecolab SHE standards, and proactively identify and mitigate workplace risks. Operate mixing, filling, and packaging equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures while monitoring process parameters to ensure consistent product quality. Actively participate in Total Productive Maintenance, Kaizen events, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to drive workplace organization and identify process improvement opportunities. Support onboarding, provide day-to-day coaching to team members, and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to optimize operational performance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Vocational School Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrates a strong learning agility and commitment to continuous personal and professional development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
- Proven ability to demonstrate Ecolab Leadership Behaviors, accountability, and ownership within daily operations
- Flexible, adaptable, and capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced and evolving manufacturing environment
- Sound knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, production operations, and product applications
- Commitment to Ecolab's safety-first culture and operational excellence expectations
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift certification and practical material-handling experience, where applicable
