Job Summary
Die Cutting Operator position responsible for setup and safe operation of die cutting equipment (Cylinder Press, PMC Die Cutter, DCM Die Cutter, Windmills, etc.), ensuring production meets customer specifications and quality standards. Primary duties include viewing batch lists, planning work for gang runs, setting up machines to specifications, performing quality control, troubleshooting issues, maintaining machine performance, processing required paperwork, and adhering to safety policies. Requires 2nd shift (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM or similar), with training at other times. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of related experience in related die-cutting equipment, strong problem-solving, time management, attention to detail, English-reading proficiency, basic math, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; must maintain a safe and clean work environment and participate in safety programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency, preferred
- Six months to one year related experience with Cylinder Press, PMC Die Cutter, DCM Die Cutter, Windmills, or similar
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Time management & efficiency

- Ability to read and understand English instructions

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
