Job Summary
Conduct production and manufacturing processes by operating Wire EDM and CNC milling machines using NX CAM software. Prepare CAM programs, set up workpiece clamping operations, and perform daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Read and interpret technical drawings while ensuring regular maintenance and cleanliness of tools, equipment, and materials. Work in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Candidates must reside on the European side of Istanbul and be willing to work in a shift-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Vocational High School or Vocational College with a degree in Machinery, Mold Making, Metal Works, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience operating Wire EDM and CNC milling machines
- Proficient in using the NX CAM software and capable of preparing CAM programs
- Sound knowledge of mold manufacturing processes
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Skilled in the use of measuring instruments such as calipers, height gauges, micrometers, etc
- Strong manual dexterity
- Detail-oriented, careful, and meticulous in work execution
- Able to work in a shift-based environment
- Residing or willing to reside on the European side of Istanbul
