Job Summary
Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product while meeting customer expectations and defined engineering standards. Perform quality inspections, identify non-conforming material, and follow Statistical Process Control (SPC) and visual standards. Maintain clean work areas, execute routine housekeeping, and conduct planned operator care and maintenance tasks. Report any work-related injuries, hazards, or major injury risks immediately to comply with Health, Safety & Environmental regulations. Engage in HSE training, correct hazards within capabilities, and communicate effectively with teams to improve safety, quality, and process flow. Achieve production goals at the required cycle time and participate in personal development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Training
- Competency in core work skills
- Ability to operate manual and automated equipment
- Ability to follow standard work, process documentation and quality procedures such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), poka-yoke and visual standards
- Ability to perform quality inspections
- Ability to identify and control non-conforming material
- Ability to maintain clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks
- Ability to perform planned operator care and maintenance tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams
- Ability to complete training and personal development in line with business requirements
