Job Summary
Coating Operator II responsible for operating coating ovens to ensure safe, efficient, and economical production. Works with QA on release of products, signs for receipt of materials, ensures proper line clearance and startup, maintains production records, performs line cleaning and product changes, and verifies product specifications. Requires ability to read and comprehend operating procedures in English, basic clerical/data-recording skills, and machine operation/maintenance proficiency; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Must adhere to cGMP, maintain safety standards, and communicate effectively with Manager, Lead, QC, and other Operators. Location: Saddle Brook, NJ (in-person).
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and comprehend operating procedures in English
- Basic computer skills
- Machine operation, adjustment and maintenance skills
- Excellent clerical ability and data recording
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
