Job Summary
Operator/CEO-Designate for Talus Platform Company. Lead overall business strategy, financial performance, team development, and operational execution with an active acquisition strategy. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities, post-acquisition integration, driving revenue growth and margin improvement, building a high-performing leadership team, and serving as the primary external representative to customers, partners, lenders, and investors. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred; backgrounds in private equity, management consulting, investment banking, or senior operations are compelling. Strong financial/analytical acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.

- Proven track record of operational leadership with direct accountability for business outcomes such as revenue, profitability, team performance, and growth
- Familiarity with M&A processes, including deal evaluation, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration; prior deal experience is a strong plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a build environment, comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, and energized by the challenge of scaling something new
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to earn the trust of employees, customers, and partners quickly
- Collaborative by nature, with the ability to work effectively alongside an engaged ownership team and external advisors in the early stages of building the platform
