Job Summary
Operate one or more configured workstations, perform hand pre-assembly of parts, insert components into equipment, and fix simple malfunctions. Maintain organized storage of prepared materials and replenish at the workstation. Carry out basic visual inspections and ensure smooth workflow. Work a 12-hour multi-shift schedule (6:00–18:00 day shift and 18:00–06:00 night shift) with a 4 days on / 4 days off pattern; a 12-hour shift provides a 40% shift premium.
