Job Summary
Operate batter machines, breaders, and conveyors to coat raw materials with correct ingredients while setting up equipment and monitoring critical control points. Prepare lines by unstacking bags, dumping contents per quality procedures, and ensuring proper batter levels. Assist maintenance mechanics with preventive tasks like greasing bearings and report operational problems immediately. Sweep food debris, wash drains, and prepare quality and production paperwork. Notify the Team Leader of any issues and work with QA Auditors to correct process deviations. Maintain safety, quality, and cost-conscious standards while lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 Years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow directions
- Punctual and reliable in their work attendance
- Adhere to all safety and quality policies and practices
- Ability to work as a team player
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
