Job Summary
Answer incoming calls within four rings and direct them to appropriate departments while managing emergency situations. Follow proper procedures for codes or drills and place outgoing toll calls per Medical Center policy. Perform duties independently without close supervision, maintaining a clear speaking voice and bilingual communication skills. This role supports the Telecommunications department at CentraState Healthcare System's Freehold campus. Schedule requires three shifts weekly from 10am to 11pm on Sunday through Tuesday.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a clear and pleasant speaking voice
- Must be bilingual
- Previous related experience preferred
- Previous experience with computers, Excel and Word preferred
- Strong professional, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively relate with all members of the healthcare team
- The work schedule is a required 3 shifts per week, Sun, Mon, Tues 10am-11pm
