Operator Assistant I - Service Operator I - Artificial Lift

Job Summary
Operator Assistant I performs cable spooling and field-site setup under direct supervision, assists with installing cable into the field site hole, loads/transports spools, conducts pre-trip inspections, and handles paperwork including DOT requirements and IFTA reports. Develops a basic understanding of energy industry activities and artificial lift products, learns safety and HSE policies, and may advance to Operator Assistant II or Service Operator I based on experience and business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Class 5 driver's license and able to provide copy of driver's abstract is required.
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required.
- Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required.
- Basic computer skills are preferred.
- Must be able to work an On-Call schedule.
