Operator Air Freight Export (m/w/d)

Coordinate end-to-end international air freight export shipments for a designated customer territory, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and company profitability. Manage order processing from initiation to completion, including order-specific communication with clients and overseas partners, document verification, cost calculation, carrier selection, booking, and documentation. Organize pre-transport logistics and handle invoicing while strictly adhering to all relevant regulations such as customs, hazardous materials, and compliance codes. Requires a Spedition and Logistics qualification with air freight experience, MS Office and Cargowise proficiency, and strong German/English skills.
