Job Summary
Operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment, quarters, and processing systems from the wellhead to the sales line. Monitor well performance, calculate daily rates, and perform troubleshooting while tracking discharge water. Execute record-keeping for BSEE and USCG requirements including safety meetings, emergency evacuation plans, and personnel briefings. Maintain safety shutdown systems, fire suppression equipment, and rotating machinery like compressors and pumps with little supervision. Monitor control panels and process variables to ensure designed operating ranges. Requires 2-3 years of oil and gas production experience and an Associate's degree. Schedule is 14x14 with a terminal in Venice, LA; US work authorization without sponsorship is required.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood
- 2-3 years of experience in oil and gas production
- Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- High school diploma or equivalent
