Job Summary
Relief Operator needed at Swedesboro, NJ bakery to provide operational coverage across multiple production lines by following SOPs and equipment manuals, ensuring GMPs, health and safety, and food safety practices during relief assignments. You will participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement, conduct daily area walks to detect issues, and support production with a second-shift schedule (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) and required weekend availability. Requires High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of Ingredient Operator or related experience; responsibilities include understanding dough mixing and operating mixing equipment, following centerline and CIL daily management systems, and using basic English communication and computer skills. Hourly rate listed as $23.50/hour (annualized $48,880).
Required Qualifications
