Job Summary
Operator 2, Bakery– Production at Cayce, SC, 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) is responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring product quality and food safety compliance, maintaining production documentation, keeping work areas clean and compliant with safety standards, identifying and reporting production, equipment, or safety issues, following GMPs and production processes, supporting equipment start-ups and changeovers, and contributing to overall production goals while performing additional assigned tasks. Must have at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, basic equipment troubleshooting, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, basic math and literacy, strong communication, and teamwork. Weekend availability required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Basic equipment knowledge with troubleshooting ability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
