Job Summary
Operate machinery to produce a quality product according to Work Instructions; read work orders and bill of materials to determine product specifications; ensure quantity and quality to meet efficiency rates; use various equipment and machinery; maintain and adjust machinery; report machinery issues; inspect products using measuring tools (tape measure/micrometer); obtain approvals; label packages; enter production data into ERP; record downtime; follow safety and housekeeping rules; participate in safety training; physically capable of lifting 20-50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally; 2nd shift: 3:30pm-12:00am; High school diploma or equivalent required; basic math and reading/writing/communication skills; ERP experience preferred; turn data into production metrics and comply with pre-employment drug testing and company policies.
