Job Summary
Operate CNC machines to craft precision components for defense, aerospace, and automotive applications, measuring and inspecting work with gauges to ensure quality. Swap, adjust, and maintain tooling including offsets and inserts while collaborating with the team to keep production efficient. Maintain a safe workspace by managing coolant levels and using hoists, then finish components with deburring and polishing for military and industrial use. This 2nd shift position runs Monday through Thursday with on-the-job training provided. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) — safety glasses, protective footwear, ear plugs, face shield

- Willing to work some overtime voluntarily and when requested
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, machining, or CNC environment
- Experience setting up and operating CNC machines
- Familiarity with using precision gauges and measuring tools
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret part dimensions
- Ability to adjust machine offsets and troubleshoot minor issues
