Job Summary
Operator on 2nd shift operating and overseeing the production line and the packaging of confectionery products; ensure that teams produce high-quality goods safely and efficiently within company specifications; operate all machines in the Repack department; troubleshoot minor machine issues; train other employees as needed; communicate in English with internal teams; adhere to attendance and shift requirements; regular duties include quality checks, case/pallet handling, and maintaining clean work areas.
Required Qualifications
- Prior work experience in manufacturing preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- Great attention to detail
- Good basic math skills (addition, subtraction and simple multiplication and division)
- Ability to lift up to 5 - 36 lbs frequently and occasional team lift up to 72 lbs
- Ability to work/stand on concrete floor 8 to 10 hours per day
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive motion
