Job Summary
Operator position responsible for performing essential duties such as remaining at the machine for the duration of the shift, performing secondary operations on molded parts, shutting down the machine in emergencies, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in the work environment. The role requires understanding of material tickets, proper use of hand or power tools, and the ability to collect first and last shots. Must be available for overtime as needed, and adhere to all company policies regarding conduct and safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Ability to perform secondary operations on molded parts
- Capable of understanding material tickets
- Ability to safely answer alarms on the machine
- Ability to shut down a machine in an emergency
- Ability to perform rework procedures
