Job Summary

Operate safety doors on molding machines to extract parts or load fixtures, and perform secondary operations like trimming and separating molded parts using hand or power tools. Maintain continuous machine presence during shifts, shut down equipment during emergencies, and safely address alarms or mold leaks. Collect first and last shots, complete production orders, and adhere to workmanship standards while cleaning auxiliary equipment. Identify material tickets, perform rework procedures, and report any discrepancies to a supervisor. Work overtime as needed while maintaining a safe, organized environment and supporting the company's safety culture.

Required Qualifications

  • Must remain at machine for duration of shift as required except for scheduled break times
  • Capable of shutting down a machine in an emergency
  • Be available to work overtime as needed
  • If something doesn't seem quite right question it and report it to your supervisor immediately
  • To adhere to all company policies regarding conduct, safety practices, and job performance
  • A pre-employment and 9 panel (no THC) Drug screen required
