Operator 2

Operator 2 role responsible for supporting JM core values and delivering the JM experience through safe, compliant manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include following safety procedures and policies, relieving other employees as directed, ensuring quality product through effective communication, maintaining housekeeping, following JSA/SOPs, wearing PPE, completing training and meetings, performing checks and checklists, and generating production reports. The role is part of the Pay for Skills program and requires completing the requirements for Operator 1; emphasis on teamwork, adherence to procedures, and participation in ongoing training to progress skills.
