Job Summary
Deposition Operator on the 2nd shift will deposit film layers onto substrates/wafers according to established manufacturing specifications. Set up and run TM furnace and TCR station. Set up and load sputtering equipment for individual film depositing. Perform all steps necessary to apply appropriate film specifications. Include test coupons in runs, etch gold, and measure before and after heat treat. Plasma clean and bake plates when necessary. Perform various tasks on the computer; output tracking, run sheets, sheet restrictions before and after.
