Operator 2, Bulking/Formulation

Conduct assembly, packaging, and labeling of medical devices and pharmaceutical products in compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards. Operate and support multiple manufacturing processes, monitor production line performance metrics, and perform quality inspections to ensure adherence to FDA, ISO, and cleanroom specifications. Lead daily production activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and propose continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a safe work environment through proper PPE usage and 5S standards. Provide training to associates, support autonomous maintenance, and handle non-conforming materials. Requires high school diploma; in-office presence required.
