Job Summary
Operator 2 for 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am) in the Press Weld Paint department. Key duties include operating and maintaining equipment in the department, positioning parts, monitoring operations to meet production standards, inspecting panels/parts for quality, completing production and quality paperwork, and ensuring proper handling and storage of materials. Follow SOPs/MOPs/JSAs and maintain safety and housekeeping. Must have a High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) and prior manufacturing/production experience; familiarity with CNC machines is preferred. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Familiarity with read/write instructions and basic measurement tools
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively and stand for 8 hours
- Ability to operate/ troubleshoot CNC machines (preferred)
- Familiarity with industrial saw equipment (preferred)
- Team-based work environment and safety awareness
