Job Summary
As an Operator on the 1st shift, responsibilities include monitoring and operating molding machines, performing secondary operations on molded parts, cleaning equipment, addressing alarms, and conducting quality checks. Candidates must maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety practices and company policies. Participation in training and strategic planning for company improvement is encouraged.
