Operator - 1st shift

Coil Machine Setup Operator responsible for setting up and operating fin press, expander press, and hairpin tubing press for production. Reads and follows Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions, prepares materials, maintains tool and die care, and performs required equipment maintenance. Maintains quality through first/last part inspections, reports material shortages, keeps the workstation clean and organized, and adheres to all safety protocols. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior machinery operation experience; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an environment with moving parts, heat, fumes, and vibration.
