Operate and monitor various food processing equipment and forklifts; package products efficiently and safely as they are completed in the drying process; follow proper procedures when collecting samples for quality checks; maintain accurate and consistent records, including weight documentation; communicate material or inventory needs to your supervisor and coordinate with team members to support daily production goals; keep work area clean and organized to meet quality and safety standards and take on additional tasks to support the team and production schedule; strong organizational habits, attention to detail, ability to handle materials up to 55 pounds, troubleshooting of basic equipment including packaging systems and scales; current license for powered industrial forklift is preferred; onsite at Harbor Beach facility.
