Job Summary
Maintain continuous product flow through the packaging department by hand forming cases, packing, cupping, lidding, and applying labels to semi-finished goods. Operate manual pallet jacks and execute safety, quality, operation, centerline, and change-over procedures on Retail, Delkor, Case Erector, Hartness, and other packaging equipment. Perform manual palletizing, execute required quality checks and HACCP paperwork, and sanitize all equipment in the Packaging Area. Adhere to OSHA guidelines, Customer Product Specifications, GMPs, and USDA/FDA-HACCP standards while reading and following SOPs and work instructions. Work 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM shifts in a high-stress, fast-paced environment with multiple changeovers.
