Job Summary
Monitor production lines on shift to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations while coordinating format changes and maintenance. Lead the team through operational oversight, including scheduling staff, conducting on-the-job training, and managing deviations during troubleshooting. Maintain strict adherence to GMP, hygiene, and safety standards while documenting all incidents and supporting root cause analyses. This role requires full shift availability and strong German language skills. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Facharbeiterausbildung
- Mehrjährige operative Erfahrung in der Produktion
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden
- Hohes technisches Verständnis
- Prozess- und Qualitätsorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
Desired Qualifications
- Meister- oder Technikerqualifikation von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in GMP, Hygiene und Arbeitssicherheit wünschenswert
- Erfahrung mit SAP, MS-Office und Produktionssystemen
