Job Summary
Manage operational procurement and inventory disposition for the Electronics product group, executing orders and ensuring timely material delivery for production. Monitor supplier delivery schedules, coordinate proactively with national and international vendors, and handle change orders, article integrations, and master data maintenance within the ERP system. Collaborate with strategic procurement on request comparisons, participate in supplier evaluations, and oversee quantity contracts while resolving process deviations and approving invoices. Adhere to quality, compliance, and governance standards throughout the supply chain.
Required Qualifications
- Technische Grundausbildung im Bereich Elektronik oder Elektrotechnik
- Weiterbildung im Einkauf, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf eines industriellen Produktionsumfelds
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ein gutes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge
- Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist und hoher Eigeninitiative
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
