Optimize manufacturing processes and steer strategic projects using Hoshin planning principles to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Manage the full budget for the fabrication area, ensuring economic and qualitative targets are met alongside strict adherence to all occupational safety regulations. Develop talent by identifying potential, motivating staff, and conducting regular employee conversations within a supportive leadership culture. Requires a degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, extensive steel construction experience, and a valid welding engineer qualification. Fluent German and English skills are essential for communication across all levels.
