Conduct ongoing HR advisory and leadership support, managing personal administration and tracking HR processes. Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes while assisting with recruitment and other operational tasks. Structure and improve routines, documentation, and ongoing matters independently. Prioritize between tasks and drive matters forward without close supervision. Operate from Drammen with high on-site presence, starting in August on an after-agreement basis.
