Job Summary
Assist at the operating table for various orthopedic procedures, ranging from outpatient surgeries and endoprosthesis to robot-assisted spine operations. Maintain a structured work style within a well-coordinated team of approximately 19 colleagues across five operating rooms, including one AOP suite. Handle elective cases comprising 75% of interventions to ensure visible treatment outcomes. Work a fixed schedule from Monday to Thursday (early/late shifts between 07:00–18:30) and Friday (07:00–15:30) followed by an on-call rotation without mandatory presence. Requires a completed vocational training in nursing or as an Operationstechnischer Assistent (OTA), with prior surgical experience being desirable but not mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Pflege oder als Operationstechnischer Assistent OTA (m/w/d)
- Du zeigst eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du hast Freude an professioneller Arbeit in sehr gut eingespielten Teams
- Arbeitszeiten: Mo-Do Früh/Spät zwischen 07:00 - 18:30, Fr 07:00- 15:30 Uhr mit anschließendem Rufdienst (kein Anwesenheitsdienst)
- Ein unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag und Vergütung nach TVöD mit betrieblicher Altersversorgung
- Du kannst gerne in Voll- oder Teilzeit arbeiten
