Job Summary
Operations Worker I role supporting the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure across multiple NB locations; responsibilities include operating and maintaining light construction equipment, performing maintenance and minor repairs, winter plowing with a one-person plow, and placing sand and salt to ensure road safety. Required Qualifications
- Completion of grade ten (10)
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in the operation of heavy construction equipment.
- Valid Class 3 driver's license with endorsement for air brakes as issued by the Province of New Brunswick.
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
- Written and spoken competence in English is required.
