Job Summary
Oversee store operations and visual strategy by investigating inventory accuracy issues, championing visual standards, and coordinating labor hours for efficient deliveries. Manage the budget, reporting, and business metrics in partnership with the General Manager while leading a team through accountability, coaching, and succession planning. Ensure the store remains customer-ready by maintaining safety standards, executing Flow experience deliverables, and writing schedules that prioritize business needs. Requires constant movement throughout the store, lifting up to 50 pounds, and availability for opening, closing, weekend shifts, and the Blackout period from Thanksgiving through January.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
- Aligns with and embodies ALO's Guiding Principles
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
- Available for opening, closing and weekend shifts
- Available during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January)
