Job Summary
Oversee operational and visual strategy in the store, manage inventory accuracy, labor planning, and visual execution to keep the store customer-ready. Lead the Operations & Visual team, coach staff, manage schedule with the General/Store Manager, monitor budget and KPIs, ensure safety and efficient operation, and collaborate cross-functionally to align with brand culture and Flow experience goals.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
