Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale operations transformation programs across multiple workstreams for clients in mining, energy, utilities and resources; conduct diagnostics, design operating models, define client strategies, craft client-ready deliverables and presentations, and drive change management including stakeholder engagement and post-implementation support. coaching and developing team members while partnering with stakeholders to translate data-driven insights into practical, measurable outcomes. Optimize operations, improve efficiency, and enable sustainable business transformation across diverse client engagements.
