Operations Training Specialist

Delivers new hire training and other programs to assigned client groups, conducting classroom and on-the-job instruction for operators and technicians. Evaluates training effectiveness and reports on impact to ensure associates possess necessary skills for job duties. Maintains business relationships with management liaisons to incorporate feedback into the ongoing curriculum while preparing training packages and calendars. Monitors certification and re-certification activities, ensuring all operators are trained and certified based on process requirements. Tracks employee training records for licenses, certificates, and renewals, maintaining up-to-date files for safety and medical personnel. Participates in process and system-related training to ensure standard compliance.
