Operations Training Manager

Oversee manufacturing operations across production lines to ensure volume, quality, and cost goals are met. Conduct annual Training Needs Investigations, revise training plans, and design programs using diverse instructional methods like simulations and role play. Develop and evaluate training performance, create follow-up action plans, and manage budgets by researching requirements and justifying funds. Implement corrective actions to improve training systems and deliver customized solutions based on client requests. Coordinate training implementation, manage external resources, and conduct new employee orientations to foster positive attitudes toward company goals.
