Operations Training Internship

Job Summary
Implement training systems and records with the operations team in coordination with the Head of Training and Quality Insurance. Participate in establishing and executing technical and operational processes, flight management, maintenance, engineering, ground operations, and quality and safety. Work across different departments on areas of business needs based on company requirements and personal skills. This internship supports SiamSeaplane's goal of complying with new Aviation regulations while learning about aviation, seaplanes, and hospitality. The role involves building a startup from early stages into a thriving commercial business operation within a small, fast-growing venture in Thailand.
Required Qualifications
- Currently study, or recently graduated, from related fields
- Bachelor's or Master's program
- Being excited about hospitality, aviation industry, lifestyle & providing only the best services to guests
- Knowledge of aviation operations and processes, especially for internships in Operations
- Showing initiative and being proactive, detail-oriented, and ideally be good with numbers
- Good communication skills in English & Thai
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail
- Have a polite, professional and positive attitude
- Own a laptop
- Thai nationality or foreigners with appropriate visa (for internships we do not provide visa support and work permits for foreigners)
- Minimum 3 months and ideally 6 months full-time, with the possibility to extend
- Flexible on length of internship
- A great office in Sukhumvit and Don Mueang (Thailand), side company in Jakarta and Bali (Indonesia) under Santai Seaplane
- An energetic work environment
- This is not a pilot job
- Internships are not remote
Desired Qualifications
- Aviation knowledge & regulatory experience is a plus
- Indonesian or other languages are a plus
- Knowledge or experience in the following programs or fields are a plus: Operations: Any experience in CAAT/DGCA/SSCA, EASA and FAA regulation. Specific experience or technical knowledge related to your interested field within Operations is a plus
