Job Summary
Plan, develop, and implement strategy for training and development while establishing systems to measure training effectiveness. Liaise with RSAF fellow instructors to achieve training objectives through curriculum development, evaluate program deficiencies, and provide improvement solutions. Develop testing processes, create educational materials including multimedia visual aids, and manage the Weapons School curriculum infrastructure and configuration management system. Conduct surveys to identify training needs and oversee reviews, revisions, and updates of course materials and academic documents. This role supports an ITAR approved and licensed program within the Royal Saudi Air Force.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to training issues.
- Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or instructing.
